We’re excited to launch the Travis CI Community Survey

How do you use Continuous Integration? What do you love about Travis CI? How can we improve your experience? These are questions that we ask ourselves frequently. Today, we’re asking what you think in the 2018 Travis CI Community Survey.

We’re so excited to get your feedback! It will give us a chance to learn about (and from!) you all, the amazing Travis CI Community. The feedback we collect will help us understand your needs and will impact the way we build and improve Travis CI in 2019.

Important details

The Travis CI Community Survey will be open from December 10th, 2018 until January 6st, 2019. We’ll analyze and publish the results as soon as we can after that.

The survey should take 5-7min to fill out. You are not required to answer all questions, although we’d appreciate your answers in all of them.

You don’t have to include any kind of personally identifiable information, but to win and receive the prize we will need a GitHub handle. Please see the full Terms & Conditions here.

We’re always learning from what you in your support emails, community forum posts, twitter comments, and so on. These conversations are always incredibly valuable to us.

This time, we’re being proactive about getting your feedback and we are thrilled to analyze the results of this survey and gain more knowledge about what you enjoy the most (and the least) about using Travis CI.
